Policies

Requirements:

Depending on your acting experience, you may need to audition to participate in one of our showcases. This is done to ensure that when reading with another actor, both of you will have the best possible opportunity at making an indelible impression upon the casting director in attendance. If determined that an audition for admittance is required, you will choose an approximately 2-minute scene/ monologue and perform it prior to a workshop.

Payment:

Payment can be made from our secure “Add to Cart” link provided. When viewing your cart prior to checkout, please note that all workshops/products are listed in “mmddyy” format according to the date of the workshop.

Cancellation Policies:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24-hrs, you will have a credit on your account for the amount you paid towards another workshop.

Lateness Policies:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the time of the workshop. If you know that you are running late, make sure to call at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop, otherwise your place in the class will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Out of respect for our guests and fellow students, we start the workshops at the scheduled time. Unless noted, latecomers will not be allowed in once the workshop has begun. Refunds cannot be given for lateness.
